What is a Core Charge?
A core charge is similar to a deposit. All core charges are set by the manufacturer or supplier and are determined by the value or the reusability of the old part to be remanufactured. The core charge is added to the price of a part to encourage customers to return the old part. Core charges are refundable upon return of the old part. What is your shipping policy?

All customers within a 20 mile radius of our store are eligible for FREE delivery by us right here at All Access Auto Parts. You can also choose to pick up in-store or have orders shipped via UPS. All orders shipped via UPS will have shipping cost figured out at checkout.

What is your return policy?

Most products can be returned as long as the following criteria is met:

  • The box is not damaged or ripped open.
  • The product has not been installed
  • The receipt is accompanied with the product
  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days  
  • No return on electrical parts
  • The part was not a special order
  • There will be a 15% restocking fee on all parts
  • Original shipping cost and shipping insurance charges are non-refundable.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to return products.
  • Products can only be returned for a refund, store credit, or an exchange for the same item. Product cannot be exchanged for a different part number.

Some Circumstances in which credit will not be issued include but are not limited to:

  • Product has been damaged from an attempt to be installed and/or used
  • Product is shipped back without original box, manual and/or parts
  • Seal on electrical parts is broken
  • Product serial number does not match that of which was original shipped to buyer
  • Product is deemed not resellable by All Acces Auto Parts LLC due to customers own actions in dealing with the product

A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required, and must be written on the outside shipping carton.

  • Returns must be packaged securely in an outer carton
  • Do not write on the product packaging itself. Write only on the outer shipping carton.
  • Packages received without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the outer carton will be refused.
What is your warranty policy?

All parts will have a manufacturer warranty that will vary. To be sure of what the warranty is, please call before purchasing.

What if you don't have my part in stock?

We can special order any part you would like. If the part is not in stock, you will be notified by phone or email when it arrives.

If the part is in stock and there is an error with inventory then you will be contacted immediately.

How do I special order a product?

You can order online and an email will be sent when product is in. If it is a part we do not have on our site, contact us via the contact page and we can get back to you.

For even quicker service, you can call the store and talk to someone to place a special order.

What are my payment options?

We accept cash, check, or all major credit cards.

Do you charge sales tax?

6% PA State Sales Tax is applied to every order.

Getting to our store is easy!  Take the Rt.220 Thomas Street exit in Jersey Shore. Instead of going down into town, if you come from Lock Haven, turn left. If you come from Williamsport, turn right. You will then take your first right and follow that road until the next intersection where you will turn right again. Just follow that road to our store!
